After going through a dozen other mechanics in the area, this is by far the best. They are prompt about service, upfront about cost, and above all, very good with communication. They will call you if they find something, and not just fix it without letting you know and then expecting you to pay. Great record keeping is also a plus, there have been times where they tell me 'you should probably get this fixed within the next 6 months' or similar, and then when I go back in a few months, I can just tell them that they spotted it the last time, and they can easily find the record, and whatever it was they were talking about. I haven't used (or wanted to use) any other mechanics in the last 3-4 years.
I brought my car here after the shop next door couldn't fix it after 4 days and said I had the wrong parts. I walked in and out of Precision with my car fix with the exact same parts within 30 minutes. They are amazing!
There are several great mechanics in this area, but these guys are outstanding. I trust them completely with my vehicles.
You know how you usually dump all your money into a vehicle because you have no choice and can't get to work? Well I did that.. and unlucky to me, these inbreds put the wrong fuel pump in my truck... wasting 500 dollars. When I told them, they said I would have to mail it back to them.. (they would charge to take it out) and even then, they have to prove its a malfunction not a wrong part.. guys please don't waste your time here, spend a little extra money and go to a good shop.. all in all I was 1200 in on a fuel pump (new shop +towing) thanks precision automotive, you were really precise.
I was recommend this place by superior lube during a oil change, I needed a fuel pump badly and called around. They were also the cheapest...
Prompt, courteous service provided at a reasonable cost. It's nice to know we can get parts and repair service locally for trucks that tow boats and RV's.... Mechanics were great.
