At the end, guy who works there, rudely threw my new O2 sensor and rudely put the old one, they didn't even give me refund for it.
I got my O2 sensor replaced.They said everything is perfect, I am good with my car. After sometimes driving, engine light got turned on and I went there and asked them, they said it's your other O2 sensor that is not working now. I really don't know what they did to my car. I don't trust them anymore. They charged me $481 to replace O2 sensor (I brought my own), replace thermostate and installing new alternator.
Has been great for me so far, Tech student discount is nice.
I seriously don't trust them anymore. I will definitely look for some other repair shop than this one.
We had a couple issues right after we bought a car (2002 Malibu) but they stood by the car and the sale and they fixed the issues it started to have immediately! They were very understanding and the mechanic talked to me personally, which was awesome. Very very nice people and we are very pleased with the car and the deal we got. The name suites them, thank-you Integrity!!
Got my car back from having them replace a piece of my steering system and the steering wheel is misaligned more than 90 degrees to the left, exhaust is leaking bad from the headers, and the interior around the drivers seat is insanely dirty (seat, center console, and door). Along with all of that, my hill start assist and traction control lights are both on. I brought it back in today and they said they would look at the exhaust leak, but were zero help with the steering (told me to go get an alignment because of the new part, and said they would fix it in the alignment, which they don't even do there), and when I mentioned the lights (which were not on before and I can't turn off), the mechanic yelled from the garage "has nothing to do with what we did". Well, they were off when I gave you the car, and on when I picked it up, that's all I can say. Hopefully I can get my car back today in one piece.
Worst service I've ever received in my entire life. The name of this business is very misleading.
