The pretty girl behind the desk was super unhelpful. I needed to buy my wife a new phone after her's fell in the water and was given the hardest path possible to do this. Why don't they want my money?!! Jeesh.
Not a Verizon store. They're an authorized store. Work on commission, give misleading information and then claim they can't cancel any orders. Order online or over the phone from Verizon themselves

The team here mistakenly told me that I couldn't ring a device I owned to Verizon. I was able to quickly resolve the issue over the customer service phone line with Verizon, and got the solution that I wanted. I have to assume then that the sales team here wasn't very knowledgeable about their service. When told that my $800 phone "wouldn't work because it's a not a Verizon phone" (it's SIM unlocked) they then asked if I wanted to "buy a new phone" which I declined. That was the end of the solutions suggested. Again, I quickly resolved the issue the next day with Verizon customer service over the phone.
Had one representative sell me a iPhone sim card since I wanted to switch between two phones and activate whichever sim card on the phone I wanted for the time. They checked my iPhone in the store to make sure it would work and that it is unlocked for the tower which they confirmed. When hope having trouble only to find out my phone isn't actually compatible for the cell towers after talking with online support. I then called back to the store telling them my issues and they said I could return the sim card for a refund. Then proceeded to go back to the store which then the store manager talked to me saying that I can't refund my sim card since It has been activated. She tried to blame me for buying the sim card thinking that my phone would work with their cell towers even though that they checked my phone to make sure it would work.
