There is a huge international community around here in Houghton. Please don't hire people to take orders via phone, who don't understand international accents. When somebody says blacks olives, green peppers, and chicken, it does not mean WHITE SAUCE only. Also, don't hang up phones on people's faces just because you're bored of your job and pathetic at it. Furthermore, teach your delivery people to "behave", when they're delivering re-made orders. If you can't get it right the first time, keep your attitude to yourself, especially, when the re-made order is NOT WHAT WE ASKED FOR!
The food was delicious as always. The food even arrived before the tracker. I have always loved the oven baked sandwiches. No other place has delicious pizza and sandwiches. Always worth every cent.

The food only had to travel a couple of blocks. I ordered it at 12:25, called at 1:15 to check on it, went out for delivery at 1:17. It's currently 1:51 and I still haven't see the food. The guy on the phone told me they only had one delivery driver and the weather was bad. If you can't fulfill orders, close the damn store.
