Laiti has a knowledgeable and courteous staff, a good return policy, and they're the only business in the area that repairs mechanical clocks.
Mark worked with us to customize my wife's engagement and wedding rings - and she ended up getting my wedding ring from Laiti as well. We walked in with an idea of what we wanted and Mark was able to partner with us to make it even better (how's that diamond gonna feel in snow gloves?). I even brought in gifted family diamonds to incorporate into the band and it turned out terrific!
Mark's extremely knowledgeable and the prices are very reasonable. I didn't shop around when looking for options, but with my experience at Laiti Jewelers, there's no need to.
