I've been a customer for over 10 yrs. Phil is great. He does everything he can to get you the best coverage at the lowest rates. If you are looking for a magician then go somewhere else. Also, whenever I have a problem and I call there they ALWAYS call me back. Try getting service like that anywhere else.

The owner seems to be a nice enough guy if you can ever catch him there. Most often you'll get one of his rotating secretary's that don't know the first thing about how to help you, she'll tell you to call back when the owner is there or have him call you. Like I said he's never there. So good luck getting any issues worked out within one business day... which pretty much blows when you're in a crisis.
