Last but not least, the prices she charges for a 90 minute massage is so ridiculously low, but worth every single penny and much, much more. She needs to periodically raise her prices!
Mary Ann is an incredible healer who is highly professional with years and years of education, training and experience. I have gone to her with my children and myself for years and often when we have not been able to find answers anywhere else. Mary Ann is a true healer in the most deep sense of the word, she has such a natural gift for knowing where someone is in need of adjustment and has such a knowledge of the human anatomy and muscular system. I will always now turn to her first when I need help with any physical ailment.

Mary Ann has the utmost compassion for people. Her warm personality, combined with soft thick flannel sheets and cozy warm blankets, relaxing spa music, and heated room is welcoming and inviting. The healing hand massage is then greatly enhanced and followed by hot stone therapy that greatly eases and reduces muscle tension and increases circulation. This has an unbelievable therapeutic effect!
I have been back three times (approx 6 weeks between sessions) and have had less trouble areas for her to work on each time. I will be returning for the same routine, Myo Massage for the trouble spots, and relaxing massage for the experience that it is. Final note: Mary Ann is totally professional in her work. She is a very considerate and thoughtful person and genuinely interested in helping you, and as a male, she made it easy to go through the session without feeling uncomfortable. She is very laid back and a pleasure to talk to. The price also can't be beat. I will continue to see her on a regular basis.
Mary Ann was recommended to me by a friend who thought she would be able to help with some recurring pain caused by sports related injuries over many years. The First visit was for pinched nerves in my neck and pain behind my scapula. After a discussion of my past injury history, Mary Ann began a thorough check of those areas and then began explaining her thoughts on what was going on with me. I was very impressed at her eagerness to address these problems and her explanations. I have been going to physical therapists over the past 15 years, and never seemed to get much for relief other than a very temporary fix. Mary Ann was able to work out both the problems I had and we had very good communication with questions and feedback. After the Myo Massage Therapy, I received my first ever relaxing massage. I really liked it, and Mary Ann made me feel very comfortable throughout the session with her method of massage, and her casual conversation. It turns out we have many similar hobbies and forms of recreation, so there was never any awkward silence ( I like to talk). The hot stone portion of the massage is extremely relaxing and I almost fell asleep! What a great way to end the session.
Mary Ann is a true professional in every sense of the word, she provides a great value in health care while maintaining the highest standards possible with her equipment and in the quality of her massages. I do not even look any further for a better massage therapist/health care professional; there are none.
Mary Ann Geda has been my massage therapist for nearly fifteen years, and in that time I have never received the same massage twice. She does not give “cookie-cutter” or “one-size-fits-all” massages, she will custom-tailor your massage for whatever problems you are currently having. If my shoulder is hurting, she will work on my shoulder, if my back is bothering me, she focuses on my back. Several years ago when I had a bad case of sciatica, Mary Ann was the only health care professional who was able to help me permanently get rid of the problem, and then she showed me some stretches to do if it should ever begin to bother me again. If relaxation is what you need most, you have to try the hot rocks massage; I have never felt more relaxed and at ease as I did after a hot rock massage.
Do not recommend. Not clean, very unprofessional. She was not wearing a bra while giving me a massage and did not appear to have showered recently. She gave me a covering that was too small to cover my body that appeared to have been used with another client, so either my breasts had to be exposed or my feet while I lay under a dirty blanket. Obviously I chose my feet, but the room was so cold that this made the massage uncomfortable and not very relaxing. I had an appointment for a 1 hour massage, but ended up receiving 3 hours of discomfort while my ride waited for me worrying about what was going on. She also used an odd machine with me that had something to do with electricity. Either this machine was broken, she didn't know how to use it properly, or it was just nuts, but she kept shocking me with it. So instead of relaxing and getting relief from pain, I was just more tense after being electrocuted several times and just having an overall bad experience. I will never go back after my initial visit. There are plenty of good massage therapists in the area, but this is not one of them.
Her professionalism is evident in her respect for her client's well being and in her lovely, homey business. She is someone who has met her calling in the world by giving her gift of healing massage. My girls and I will forever be blessed with her as our massage therapist.
