I'm really disappointed in my visit to this salon. I work hard for my money, and I wanted to do something nice for myself. I asked for half my hair to be highlighted a light color and the other half colored a dark color, darker then my natural. Half my head was in foils but the result didn't show anything close to what I wanted. My hair just ended up darker all over with LIGHT RED roots, I asked her why my roots were red, she said it was the lighting. She lied to me and knew she lied to me. That's pretty rotten. I am a smart lady and this 21 year old girl fresh out of cosmetology school thinks she is going to school me with lies. I came home and looked at my hair in the light outside and in my bathroom, my roots are red. I spent a lot of money and gave a great tip too. I'm about to go to the local Shopko and get OOPS COLOR remover to strip my hair of the mess she put on my hair. Then I am going to deeply condition my hair, and carefully select my next salon. Usually you get what you pay for and I paid a lot of money for this salon service, but not at this salon.
Good luck trying to even get a haircut. They say they have appointments when in reality they just don't want to take walk ins.
Friendly staff, they even found a way to only charge me $1 for a shampoo after a car accident when I couldn't shower.
Won't take appointments for just a hair cut but want you to wait 2 hours for a walk in appointment. Tried twice in 2 days same thing.
It was decent place before, but not now. I had to finish my haircut at home by myself. Awful: unprofessional and low quality.
