Dr Seguin is caring and capable. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I can usually get appointments reasonably quickly. I'm very pleased with the service I've received and would recommend.
I really want to like her, she is a very kind and nice person and in the one time I met her came across as a competent doctor; however my personal experience with her medical practice has not been stellar. I know that doctors are stretched thin as there have been several practitioners leaving however appointments are rescheduled by the office with one days’ notice, results are not given in writing to her patients without several phone calls to the office (I am still trying when they should automatically be sent in writing), and it is very difficult to speak to someone in the office. I think that if the way the practice is managed (the right hand needs to know what the left hand is doing) improves then the service provided will also improve as there is promise here as a medical provider.
Dr. Seguin is a wonderful caring compassionate and professional MD. She has been my regular doctor for about 2 years and I have no complaints. She is great.
