Attendance is huge to them. If you do mess up your chance with Walmart you will be asked why u quit or got fired from the number one retail store and that looks bad on you.

It's great for the Walmart here. Friendly staff, great place to get your glasses is in the vision center. Easily accessible. The parking lot is also kept nice and isn't confusing.
Can find most everything I need and most of the time get very good service.

Pay is GREAT. They treat you like a friend. Very understanding about your situation as well. This will be my first job and it’s probably the best decision I could have made.
Cashier claimed she "saw" my girlfriend and I having conversation with a group of college students in front of us and refused to sell us alcohol. I had no contact or any clue for that matter who was in front of us while standing in line. Took the general manager to come to the front and sort out the situation. What a waste of time. Would not recommend any one purchase from this store. Support your local supermarkets instead.
