I walked in as a tourist from Lansing with a bike needing headset work. After going to The Bike Shop in Hancock and having nothing change, Down Wind takes my bike and I to the shop and gets it done right, and in like 20 minutes. They were super good to me and frankly, saved my vacation. I'd totally go back here. Thanks for all your help guys!
