If you live or visit Houghton, Michigan, you really need to go to the Bonfire Grill which is located in the Franklin Inn. Julie, the owner, makes you feel like home. The food is great, menu has great variety, customer service is excellent. The staff is just as great. Shayna provided great service. When we left, we felt like we had several friends for life. Great experience, ambiance and view of the lake. Look forward to my next trip to Houghton, Michigan.

Ridiculous wait times and disorganized service, with so-so food. We were there almost 2 hours, literally because our waitress kept forgetting we existed and disappearing. Literally waited half an hour for to-go boxes and our bill.
